From Personal Experience to Shared Healing - I know what it’s like to live with depression and anxiety - the racing thoughts, the heaviness, the disconnection. It’s one of the reasons I turned to yoga. Not just for physical movement, but for a way back to myself. 🕉️

Yoga as a Bridge to the Present Moment.

Yoga can transform your life - both mentally and physically. It helps bring everything to the surface so that you can deal with it and move forward. At Harmonious Hatha Yoga in Hadspen , I offer gentle ,accessible practice that’s deeply grounded in mindfulness. In a general class of classical Hatha Yoga with an Iyengar influence, we use props , breathwork and supported postures to help the nervous system settle - so you can return to the here and now.

Yoga isn’t about perfect poses.

It’s about presence.

It’s about feeling at home in your own body and mind.

Why Mindfullness Matters

Being present is a practice. When we slow down, notice the breath, and connect with the body - we start to soften. To feel. to release.

Mindfulness helps:

All mindfulness and meditation practices are woven into my 90-minute Hatha Yoga classes in Hadspen, just 10 minutes from Launceston. Whether you’re brand new or returning to yoga after time away, you’re welcome here.

I also offer:

  • Private sessions for those seeking individual support

  • Small group classes (max 8)

  • Live Zoom classes if you prefer to practice from home
